Tip to not feel hungry through the day: Don't eat too much during suhoor, your stomach adjusts to how much you eat. If you start eating more than you would usually eat because you think it'll keep you going through the day, you will actually feel hungrier the next day, the day after that and so on as your stomach expands. Eating too much will also make you dehydrated because you will need more water to help you digest the food. Remember: one third for food, one third for drink and one third for air.
